The MasterCut Blend
We have developed this blend for those who demand acidity but still with tones of an earthy and nutty taste.
From Colombia we have the flavors of citrus, white chocolate and currants. From Indonesia we get the complete opposite with tones of spice, earthy, dark chocolate.
In combination with that, we get a coffee that is suitable for all occasions, especially for those who may prefer dark and strong coffee.
The coffee is well suited both as an espresso and brew.

Ziip Coffee is a coffee roastery in Stockholm.
All coffee is so-called special coffee and as far as it is also organically certified, everything is roasted in smaller batches with air flow technology through slow roasting that takes between 14-18 minutes. This makes ziip coffee different from other large roasteries that roast with gas and larger quantities for about 5-10 minutes.
This means that they retain the aromas and flavors that everyone wants.
